4. You usually get into less trouble for telling the truth other than for lying(and getting caught)
5. Other people trust you more when you tell the truth.
6. You don't have to tell(and remember)   more lies to keep your story straight.
7. You gain a reputation for being truthful-a trait most people value
8. Telling the truth helps you to feel secure and peaceful inside.

What these quotes are trying to say is that the more you lie people will start losing trust in you. The more you tell the truth they will trust you in anything. They think that they will tell you anything tell you if they need help with something. For example i lost my trust from my dad. How? Will i told him that i didn't have a boyfriend  when i did. One day he found out. That day he said that he didn't trust anyone more than he did to me. It sucked knowing that you lost youretrust from youre dad. I would lie saying that i would go somewhere with my nina. But really i went with my ex boyfriend. The more i told him about me being with him the more trouble i got i to. I had my phone taken away for 3 months. I know that i shouldn't have a boyfriend when i still did and behind his back.  Just know that you will liked to be trusted then not.

Yoga Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities: They must make sure that the poses are right and that will make your body better. Make sure that they won't cause injuries. the y need to make sure that every student has a yoga mat.

Education: Fitness trainers and instructors typically do not require any education, but most have a high school diploma

Reflection:  I would not like to be one because i feel like knowing what kind of moves they need to know will be hard. Because you need to see what kind of body parts do they need to be careful with and how they will need to do it. Also no because it is not my thing to be doing.

What i think the Dan is trying to say is that the only thing that you should be focusing on is your education. The more that you will forget about something then the more you will be focusing on education. Never think that something dumb will be better to do first. Always start with education and end with education. So there is no way that something bitter had to be first then education.  Do something fun but finish your educational stuff first.

Reflection: i would not like to be one because i'm not really interested in it. To me it sounds boring to me.

Reflection: i think i would be one because i love to help animals. It would be interesting on what they have in them. There are animals that need people to like helping them and not being rude.

The more you do good stuff the more good stuff will come to you. If you do bad stuff then the bad is going to come for you. If you see people having trouble then you help there going to want to give you something good in life. The more good stuff you have to become something and someone good in life. So if you will like to be someone good in life do stuff that are good, never do bad stuff when it's your choice.

What this quote is trying to say is that these are the way you want to go, to have a good life. Also it means that people try these steps and it works to where you want to reach. I know because look at phillips he did all of these steps and he reached his goal. No one knew that he will be in the Grammys. It means a lot to people that he might have reached that goal. He did so much for people, and he didn't even know that he would end up , how he is right now. Never just think about the money because if you work somewhere and you don't like your not going to last in that job. Do something that you will like to do and you will be happy every morning or night that you're going wok over there. The more happy you are the more you will do and it will be way better. You will be happy for along time that once you are old enough to retire you're not going to want to and you want to stay there forever but you know you can't.  Just know that you can't just think about money and not be happy. You need the money but you also need to be happy of what you are doing.

The person for this world record is a women her name is Kim Goodman. The record was set on November 02,2007.

My favorite one is the world's smallest women living. I think that is amazing that this woman is like a size of a baby. She can walk but she is so small. I would not like to break a record because it's too much to do.

What this quote is trying to say is that when you have a choice and it has to do with something good or bad, always chose the right thing to do. The things you do need to be good. They can’t never be bad. Why can't they be bad, is because they you can get yourself into big problems in the future.  They big the problem gets the more you're going to regret that you did that. You'll want to go back but you can't. You're just going to have to deal with till the problem is fixed. You're going to face the thing that you did. If you would have chose the right thing to do you would be in a good position right now. Never chose the wrong thing because you're going to want to go away from the problem but you can't because it is going to be sucked with you till the end.  You can't always know what the best thing is to do but there is always one way better thing to do then the other thing,

What this quote means is that there's nothing that you can gain on because nothing better will change.The more you try to gain the less nothing will appear. The less you don't gain the ,more you will find out or stuff will happen quicker. Like if you gain a lot of lies in one argument the problem is going to get worse. You need to try hard and not try to make up things because it will turn bad. I know you won't like it to be bad. Its way easier if you keep the situation like how it is and don't make it worse. We need to create a better generation without any lies and worse things and things that will not let us be happy.

Model

A model is someone that walks across the stage or runway. They need to put a certain kind of clothing on. They come out in tv for other people can see how they look. They need to pose for they can take pictures. They get paid 18,750 when they walk across the runway. They don't need an education to become a model. The more you practice how to walk like a model you will walk way better. It's kinda hard to walk like the models. To become a model you need to be 5’8-5’10. I can't model because i'm not going to be that size. We need to be 16-21 to become a model.

This quote means that the people that stand up for someone or themselves they are doing the right thing. No one should be telling you what you should do or should not do. If you think that they're telling you something that you should not be doing, tell them that  you're not going to do it. Do not get people mad. You need to step up and tell them what is really right. Always do the right thing and don't let anyone put you down. Ignore everything that they are saying and move on. Don't start a fight or don't start anything because the problem will get even worse. Be happy for who you are and don't let people get to you. whatever you do don't stop and keep moving forward.

Reflection: i would not be one because i don't like how you need to work things there.
