What this quote means is that yo be a CTR students otr person you can't agree to anything that is bad. So no smoking,no drinking, no doing bad in school, and etc. People around the world don't know what it takes to be a CTR person but they can if they stop all the bad stuff that they do in life. They need to quit and be in the happy world.
